Psalms 68 Study & Commentary
Psalm 68 is a majestic hymn of God’s triumphal procession. It describes Him as a "father of the fatherless" and the One who led captivity captive.
CONTEMPORARY APPLICATIONS
1. Care for the Vulnerable: God is a judge of the widows and a father to the fatherless (v. 5). This is the heart of true religion.2. Daily Benefits: "Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits" (v. 19). We should count our daily mercies.
