Psalms 128 Study & Commentary

Psalm 128 describes the blessings that come to the man who fears the Lord and walks in His ways, including a fruitful home and the prosperity of Jerusalem.

CONTEMPORARY APPLICATIONS

1. Work and Home: Fearing God leads to being happy and "it shall be well with thee" in both your labor and your family life (v. 1-2).
2. Generational Blessing: The faithful are promised to see "thy children’s children."

FORMAL PRAYER

Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. Let us see the good of Jerusalem all the days of our life. Amen.
